If your wedding party is spread out across the country it may seem like an easy way to handle their needs is to use a chain or online formal rental company because they can have the tuxedo shipped to them or they can pick it up in their home town. In theory this sounds great but in practice it can become a nightmare. The chain store location in your buddies hometown is just a store front, meaning they do not stock any tuxedo inventory in that building.
When they go to pick up their tuxedo and the jacket ends up being 2 sizes too small, there is nothing they can do at the storefront to help them. The inventory is not kept at the store front but at a warehouse most likely in another state! This is what sets us at CE Roth apart. We are our own tuxedo warehouse. We stock everything in our building. Your out of town guests will simply get measured at a men’s store in their hometown and call us to relay their measurements to us. When they arrive in the Lehigh Valley for you wedding and come into our store to pick up their tuxedo they will try it on right away. If it is apparent that a size adjustment needs to be made we can take care of that right away because we have a full inventory in house! Like the quote above says, do your homework a head of time to save yourself many headaches later.
